Pre-wedding Shoot 1
The Wait is Over
Sanees' family wanted the duo to get hitched two years ago when they fell in love. But Jumana's parents declined the proposal since she was a student.
After a long wait, the couple finally got the approval. To mark their union, they opted for a pre-wedding shoot amidst lush greenery of a tea estate.
Color of Love
'Jumi,' as the bride is lovingly called by her family, chose Arabian designs to decorate her palms. The midnight blue Anarkali looked gorgeous on her.
Getting Ready 3
The Bride in Making
Jumi's ethereal beauty made Sanees fall head over heels for her at the first glance. Those sharp features were even enhanced by a great makeup artist.
Kerala brides are known for their spectacular wedding jewelry. Jumana looked like a queen, sporting a pink Kanjeevaram & awe-inspiring gold ornaments.
Once the dapper groom reached the venue, he was greeted with bouquets of flowers by the bride's family. Sanees was escorted inside by Jumana's father.
Like all Nikaahs, Sanees & Jumana's father set before the Qazi, surrounded by other male attendees. Jumi set separately with ladies till 'Ijab Qubul.'
After chanting the holy verses, Jumi's father formally asked Sanees to marry her. Sanees proposed to Jumi via the Qazi, who accepted by saying Qubul.
Sanees presented Jumana her 'Mahr' or wedding gift. It was a pretty gold chain with a heart-shaped pendant, having Sanees' name inscribed in diamonds.
Happily Ever After
The joyful newlyweds looked just made for each other on their reception. With happy faces all around, the couple started a new phase of eternal bliss.
